Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Marketing Representative)

We are looking for a High Energy, Money motivated, Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Marketing Representatives)for a great physical therapy clinic! Great TEMP to HIRE opportunity!!!

 Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with  referring accounts.Establishing new accounts, working with offices to coordinate and expedite patient care,will be required to complete accounts’ analysis, expense and production reporting.Must be willing to learn new management and communication systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual not required, but is a PLUS!
  • Polished and Professional demeanor
  • Strong Communication and Computer skills
  • Must have H.S. Diploma
  • Minimum One Year Business-to-Business Sales Experience
  • Must have VALID ID & clear driving record

Office Manager

Full – Time  Temp to Hire Position

Perfect Schedule Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm

Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of accounting experience. Prior experience handling multiple accounts. Great administrative skills. Able to handle multiple phone lines. Quick books experience required. Must be able to work in a Fast Paced Environment.Knowledge and Experience with Microsoft Office – Word and EXCEL and other spreadsheet databases.Great attention to detail.Able to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritize tasks and workload.Pleasant, confident telephone manner.Required Typing Speed 30-45 wpm.Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
