Job: Account Representative

We are IMMEDIATELY Hiring an  In House Account Representative in the McAllen Area!

**Great TEMP-TO-HIRE, job opportunity! MUST be able to work a FLEXIBLE schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM -minimal weekends. Full Time hours and pay increase once 90 day probationary period is completed.

**The Account Representative will work closely with Service Supervisor and Administrator to ensure company goals and expectations are being met.

Job Duties:

• Digital marketing and social media marketing
• Schedule appointments
• Track call logs and weekly sales activity
• Account sales and service visits
• Answer phones
• Data entry
• Process payroll
• Human resource paperwork
• Conduct interviews
• New hire registrations
• Other task as assigned

Job Requirements:

• MUST have completed Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree
• MUST be Bilingual in Spanish and English
• MUST be able to work weekends on an as needed basis
• MUST have reliable transportation
• 1-2 Years of customer service or marketing experience *required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinking & problem-solving skills
• Background in Business Marketing, Human Resources/Recruiting, is a PLUS!
