We are NOW HIRING for a HR Records Technician for a community college in McAllen, TX.
Candidates MUST be able to work a FULL TIME schedule, Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Maintain files of specified confidential material
- Scanning documents
- Processing incoming mail
- Creating and distributing documents
- Assists with staff requests
- Providing customer service to organization employees
- Assists personnel of the Office of Human Resources as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- MUST have a College Certificate or 30 college hours completed
- 6 months experience in filing, and maintaining filing systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as basic office duties such as filing, faxing, copying, and organizing departmental files.
