Excellent FULL TIME, CONTRACT assignment. Candidates must be able to work Monday – Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.

The Human Resources Secretary performs secretarial duties within department.

Job Duties:
–Prepares routine correspondence, forms, reports, and other material using standard electronic and computer-based equipment.
–Maintains front desk phone system including answering incoming calls, responding to caller inquiries, directing calls as appropriate, and taking accurate messages.
–Processes part-time applications and notifies applicants on missing documents and information on employment applications, as needed.
–Maintains calendars of scheduled appointments, special events and internal notification of meetings.
–Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
–College Certificate, a minimum of 30 college hours, or eight (8) years of relevant experience, REQUIRED
–At least six (6) months of work experience in a professional work setting, REQUIRED
–Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
–Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, the Windows environment, and internet research skills.
